Recruitment Description:
Applying to AI consist of a two step process, in the first step; an application is submitted which is viewed by guild members, and further questions or an interview in our VOIP might follow. If an application is accepted, the applicant becomes a Recruit; this is where activity is crucial, and is the time when the Guild carefully evaluates and watches a recruit for one week, after which a decision is reached whether to give the recruit full membership. At any single point in time there can only be a certain number of Recruits, meaning that applicants might have to wait some time before their turn comes around, this is to ensure that each Recruit is looked at carefully and the Guild is never diluted completely by a sudden influx of new members. The actual number of Recruits varies depending on the number of active Guild members.
Expectations:
1) Throughout the entire recruitment process activity is required, therefore if you know that some IRL issues will be preventing you from actively participating, do not apply into the Guild until all of your issues have been resolved.
2) Rude or disrespectful behavior is not tolerated, whether it is to Guild Members or an outside party, we are not rampaging jackasses and if you wish to do something akin to that, seek another Guild. Rude or Disrespectful behavior is grounds for expulsion from the guild.
3) When in Mumble with the rest of the Guild, a level of common sense is expected, the Guild does not need a narration of your every activity, general questions are fine; however a certain level of knowledge is expected, we are not here to teach "WASD" basics.
4) AI supports diplomatic relations with a large portion of the MO community, therefore you are expected to uphold any agreements that have been made as well as keep in mind that your actions reflect on the guild as a whole, poor behavior is subject to expulsion from the guild.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 18 years of age; granted there are exceptions, however as a general rule we do not run a Kindergarten.
2) Pre-Ordered copy of MO; we are not looking for drifters, but instead for loyal and committed members, so if you just joined the open beta to waste some time; do not waste ours.
3) Fluency in English; we are an English speaking guild therefore if you are not fluent in English, we advise you join a Guild that caters to your ethnicity.
4) A skilled up character; this ensures that you already have some experience under your belt and you know the basics of the game, while we do write "Noobie Guides" we do not wish to train the entirety of Nave ourselves.

Note: Please take this application seriously, and take your time answering the latter questions, a single sentence is not good enough of an answer and will result in the application being discarded immediately. If you are stuck on a single question or simply cannot give a larger explanation, then state the reasons why you think that you could not give a more thorough description.

How would you react if a PK ganks you, and you lost all of your equipment and gold.
After an argument with a fellow guild member, the two of you are constantly at each others throats, the only thing you two care about now is trying to discredit the other. An Adjutant gives both of you warnings saying that if this continues both of you will be expelled from the guild. Now instead of upstaging each other you just avoid one another. Where do you go from here.
After a large skirmish with an enemy guild; their members proceed to try and taunt you as ghosts, or contact you on IRC with demeaning comments, and despite getting totally annihilated they continue to taunt and insult you personally, as well as the guild you are part of. How do you react.
During a particularly heated argument against a hostile guild on the Mortal Online Forums, the Guild Founder suddenly tells you to stop posting in the debate thread; despite the thread still going forward strong with other guild members still actively participating, how do you feel about the fact that the Guild Master suppressed your voice in this instance.
During a lengthy engagement that your forces are slowly losing in; you notice a risky chance to turn the tide of the battle, you mention it to the commander, however he refuses to approve it, choosing to play it safe. Will you take the risk regardless, or obey the orders of the commander.
In the previous question, suppose you chose to take the risk and succeeded, giving the rest of your forces a chance to break out and win, however the commander instead of rewarding you chooses to lash out against you for disobeying order at a critical time; his strategy while taking longer would have still resulted in a narrow victory. The commander's temper is extremely short striking you as odd as he is usually is calm and tolerant. How do you respond to the commander.
Anything else you would like us to know about you.
